SaaS Deployment (Software as a Service) Customer uses system hosted by Appko via a web interface       Onsite Deployment SaaS Shared: With this option your data is stored securely on an AppAppliance that is shared with other customers.  Each customer uses their own Appko software and is protected by their own firewall. SLAs are common across all customers in the shared environment. Tier I support (accessible only by Appko) is included for free. Migration to dedicated hosting can be arranged at any time. Dedicated Hosting: Your firm’s data is stored on a secure AppAppliance server is hosted at the Appko Data Center. The SLAs can be customized to fit your business needs. Tier I is included and can be accessed by your IT personnel. If your needs change, the AppAppliance can be migrated to the customer premises at any time. Customer Hosting: The customer owns the AppAppliance system from Appko. The SLAs can be customized to fit the customers business needs. The hardware is hosted by the customer and can be migrated to Dedicated Hosting at any time.   Suited for small to medium-sized businesses or for large departments.           Suited for large enterprise-wide use.
